Hot forged clips are available for eight-pound through thirty-pound rails. Sliding steel clips are available for up to 18.5-pound rails.
Guide Rail Brackets
Formed 1/4” Plate, 12” long in a prime finish including nuts and bolts in three back-of-rail-to-wall dimensions:
- Short: – 2 3/8″ to 4 3/4″
- Intermediate: – 4″ to 7 1/2″
- Long: – 4″ to 10 1/4″
Counterweights
Produced to exact specifications by CAD/CAM-driven technology with tolerances to +1/16″
Wire Rope Wedge Sockets
AFD wedge sockets are tested with IWRC EHS traction steel elevator rope and exceed the requirements of the B44 Canadian Safety Code and ANSI A17.1 Rule 2.20.9 for tensile strength and elongation.
Assembly includes socket, wedge, nuts, bolts, washers, cotter pins and retaining clips.
Springs and isolation bushings are also available upon request.
Hydraulic Pump Mufflers
Available with NPT or Victaulic ends.
